Naturally honey is produced by honey bees from the nectar found hidden in the heart of the flowers they visit. The result is that the colour and flavour of the final raw honey may vary and that crystallisation, being a healthy natural process determined by the region of origin, flora flavour and the season, may occur. These crystals can however easily be dissolved by placing the closed honey container in warm water before enjoying natures’ best.
